NorthStar’s public works group has extensive experience in a variety of water, wastewater, and drainage infrastructure projects that provide efficient systems for our communities and for the public health and safety of our residents. Additionally, we offer consulting engineering services that include, capital improvements planning and budgeting, rate analysis, development review, and general day-to-day consultation in management, operations and maintenance.
